Our place is just 10 minutes from both domestic and international airports, 3 mins drive/10 mins walk to a Belmont Forum shopping mall and it’s food precinct. Located 15-20 mins to CBD and Optus stadium and Swan Valley

Our villa was built in 90’s with timeless design and flood with natural light throughout, the interiors were recently refreshed with a coat of paint and cosy, comfortable furniture. As your super host, we strive to provide you with an accommodation that is relaxing and comfortable with 5-star level of cleanliness and quality.

Kid play area - we will supply toys and books for your little ones to be occupied. The playground, shaded by large beautiful trees is just across the road from the villa.

Fully equipped Kitchen - everything you need will be there. If you require more items, just give us a call. Please note there is no dish washer.

Evaporative air con to keep you cool in summer ... gas heater in the living area and oil column heaters in the bedrooms to keep you cozy warm in winter

Please note: This house is not suitable for house parties. This was our first home and contains many wonderful memories for us and will suit couples or a young family for a wonderful stay.

You will have the villa entirely. We are within walking distance to provide assistance if required.
