The cleanliness and comfort are the forefront of your stay. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the surfaces between each guest. There is air con to the room for cooling in summer scorcher and oil column heater to warm the room in winter, plus fan for in between. Your good night sleep is our priority.

1. For the first time guest, photo identification is required by sending to bookings@homelystaywa.com.au
2. No visitor or additional guest allowed without permission from host. You will be ask to vacant our property without refund if you break this rule.
3. Please clean up after yourself.
4. Please be considerate to other guests and the quiet time is from 9pm.

Check in details will be sent after receiving the copy of your ID.

Cancellation policy,
1. Refund will be given in full minus $10 admin fee before arriving 7 days.
2. Within 7 days, refund will be given if you can re-let the room on your booking date minus $10 admin fee.

Perfect room with double size bed and study desk. This room is perfect with single or couple travellers.

Central air condition to the room in summer and electric heater in winter for your comfort.

Guests will have your own entrance by the side gate to the rear section of the house where your bedroom, living room, bathroom and toilet are located. Toilet and bathroom are shared.

Fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, TV and sofa, microwave are provided in the guest living room. Cereal, instant noodle, water and milk are also provided.

Shampoo, body soap and towels are provided.

Feel free to wash your clothes with our laundry facilities. There is a clothes aired for your use.

As a host, we will ensure that you are provided with the best hospitality. Please do not hesitate to ask us for help when you are staying with us.

Toilet and bathroom are shared between AirBnB guests (we do have another listing for another bedroom) But be assured that the cleanliness is kept to the high standard.

Guest will have access to the guest living room with kitchenette. NO kitchen access.

We are close to the main shopping complex, Belmont Forum. We are 15-20 mins from Perth CBD and Kings Park, and a 20 minute drive to Swan Valley, 10 mins from the airports.

We are conveniently located near public transport but the best way to travel around Perth is by renting a car.

Complimentary cereal, instant noodle, bottled water and milk are provided. Please clean after yourselves in the common area.

Sorry we cannot accommodate early check in due to other commitments. Check in time strictly after 3pm. Early luggage drop off is by arrangement.

This is family home with young children. So the noise is to be expected especially in the morning after 6.30am
